This piano has a very clean case. It has a teflon action direct from the Steinway & Sons factory. The hammers are a bit soft, but the felt is still quite useful. This piano has good tone, and sings well. Finally, teh soundboard has a good crown on it.It has #2 tuning pins that are very tunable throughout.

This Steinway M as a beautiful case that presents no finishing problems. The action is original, however, it has been replaced with teflon parts at some point in the past.
